CUSTOM FLOOR MATS can be fabricated out of any Plynyl w2w style and can be up to 12' x 20' (larger mats will be quoted on request). Custom Mats are the perfect solution for the hotel, office, shop or home that wants to highlight an area with a soft, textured flooring. Custom Mats can be fabricated without edge binding or with a self bound edge, done by folding the face fabric over the edge of the mat and sewing to provide a clean, finished edge.

Mats made with our Basketweave style wider than 4'-8" (56") will need a seam. All of our other styles will need a seam when wider than 6'-0" (72"). There is a 0.5" (+/-) size tolerance allowed in either direction (1" overall) for custom sizes.

All custom mats have a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
